Door Frames
A door frame is a rectangular structure that surrounds a doorway and provides a solid support for the door. It is typically made of wood, but it can also be made of other materials, such as metal.
Door frames are typically installed in a rough opening in the wall. The rough opening is slightly larger than the door frame to allow for shimming and levelling. Once the door frame is installed, it is secured to the wall with nails or screws.
