On any porous, such as pre-cast concrete walls, it will prevent algae growth and subsequent discoloration. On raw plaster surfaces, it will dramatically improve the adhesion and coverage of decorative paints.
Always begin treating the surface from the highest point, working downwards.
Immediately apply a second coat onto the still wet first coat, also working from the top down.
Wipe off any overspray on glass surfaces as well as window & door frames.
Be aware of wind direction during spray application.
To ensure second coat penetration, apply when first coat is still wet.To achieve maximum penetration, avoid treating surfaces while warm and exposed to full sunlight.
Do not apply onto wet surfaces.
Do not apply prior to cementitious coatings.
Clean up with warm soapy water.
Do not apply if rain is imminent.
